Before pregnancy, I didn’t even know what heartburn was; now its my constant companion. At 32 weeks, I’m experiencing heart burn morning, day, and night. It’s especially horrible at night when I lie down. I’ve heard people complain about heartburn before, but I never really knew how truly awful it is. I can’t eat anything, and I feel like there is a mini fire going up my throat. Any one out there have some suggestions about how to minimize heartburn naturally?
