Lately I have been craving all things spring, especially when it comes to food.  I don’t even want to look at heavy hearty winter food. I want light, fresh, and juicy! Even though there is still snow on the ground, I’ve decided to think, feel, and eat spring. Thus today’s lunch choice was a colorful salad, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
